Manufacturing Facilities
Our plant is based in Pune, India with a total area of 80,000 sq ft. This area is comprised of Injection Moulding, Assembley area, Stores & Storage; Mould storage area; Tool room; Utilities area and despatch zones.
We use 15 Injection Moulding machines which range from 650T to 2700T locking force with Robots and a range of modern ancillary equipment including , material dryers and conveyors. Customer parts are manufactured with computerised control and a dedicated process monitoring system. This is linked to the ERP System for greater control and traceability.
Quality assurance is central to our manufactuing process and managements. No matter how complex your plastic part is, we fully understand and grasp how important it is to your product and business so we will make sure that we work to your tolerances.
